ImmuneSpec is an advanced immunopeptidomics platform that enables high-throughput, semi-automated identification of MHC-associated peptides from biological samples while maintaining highest sensitivity. MHC complexes are purified with their bound immune peptides from cells or tissues by affinity chromatography. Peptides which were presented are then eluted and identified by mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). ImmuneSpec’s expertise is based on proprietary protocols and combines high-outcome purification of immune peptides, the use of ultrasensitive mass spectrometry and extensive data analysis and interpretation for maximized immune peptide identifications.
